Former US President Donald Trump recently engaged his followers on Truth Social by posting a range of AI-generated images and videos. This digital spree included a variety of military and space-themed visuals, as well as edited content featuring political rivals.
In a standout post, Trump shared an image depicting himself at what appeared to be a control center in space, seemingly pressing a button with an explosion visible on a screen behind him accompanied by the words “TARGET DESTROYED.” He later reposted a similar visual with the caption “SPACE FORCE.” Furthermore, he shared another image featuring himself in a command role during a hypothetical space conflict alongside an alien figure at a military-style setting.
Military-Themed Videos
Along with the static images, Trump also uploaded a video showcasing a battleship firing at a missile. In a separate clip taken from an Oval Office event, he simulated a military response, exclaiming, “OK. We have it in our sight: Fire. Boom,” which was also shared on his Truth Social account.
Edited Content of Political Rivals
Trump’s postings included altered videos involving political figures. One particular video depicted him playing golf, followed by a segment where a golf ball appears to strike Senator Bill Cassidy. Other posts featured manipulated images of former US Presidents Barack Obama and Joe Biden, as well as former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, with at least one image showcasing them in a pool.
Additionally, another post showed California Governor Gavin Newsom in a prison cell, while a separate image portrayed him as a zombie. In response to these posts, Newsom utilized social media to criticize Trump’s content.
Lack of White House Commentary
As Trump’s activity garnered attention, the White House refrained from commenting on the posts made by the former president. This surge of social media activity coincided with the Pentagon’s release of files pertaining to unidentified aerial phenomena, which the administration has stated will be made public gradually.
