IISER IAT Registration 2026: Ends Today, Here’s How To Apply
Registration Timeline
The registration window for the Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research Aptitude Test (IAT) 2026 will conclude today, April 13, at 11:55 PM. Students interested in pursuing a five-year Bachelor of Science (BS) and Masters of Science (MS) dual degree or a four-year BS programme across IISERs in India are encouraged to apply through the official website, iiseradmission.in.
The IAT will be conducted on June 7, 2026, from 9 AM to 12 PM. Following the registration period, candidates will have the opportunity to modify their application forms from April 16 to April 18, 2026, until 11:55 PM.
Application Procedure
To apply for the IISER IAT 2026, candidates should follow these steps:
1. Visit the official website, iiseradmission.in.
2. On the homepage, click on “Apply Now – IAT 2026”.
3. Fill in the required fields including name, date of birth, citizenship, mobile number, email ID, and other details.
4. Click on “Reverify” and proceed to complete the application form, ensuring to include academic details such as marksheets.
5. Submit the form to finalize the registration for IAT 2026.
Application Fees
The application fees for IISER IAT 2026 vary based on candidate categories:
– Candidates belonging to the General, Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Other Backward Classes (OBC), and OBC-NCL categories are required to pay Rs 2,000.
– For Persons with Disabilities (PwD), candidates registered as Kashmiri Migrants/Kashmiri Pandits/Kashmiri Hindu Families (Non-Migrant), and SC/ST categories, the fee is Rs 1,000.
– Candidates applying under the Foreign National category must pay an application fee of Rs 12,000.
Important Dates
The admit card for the IISER IAT will be available on May 24, 2026. The answer key is scheduled to be released on the same day the examination takes place. Additionally, the facility for candidates to raise objections will be open from June 9 to June 13, 2026.
