MAH CET 2026 Provisional Answer Key Released; Challenge Window Now Open

Provisional Answer Key Announcement

The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, has released the provisional answer key for the MAH-MHT CET 2026 (PCB) group for the first attempt. Candidates can access the answer key by logging into the official website at cetcell.mahacet.org. Additionally, the entrance test authority has opened the challenge window for students to contest the published answers.

Students who believe there are discrepancies in the answer key can submit challenges against specific answers. A fee is required for this process. The provisional answer key is typically published shortly after the examination is held. The MAH CET exam for the first attempt took place from April 21 to April 26, 2026. The challenge window is available from May 13 to May 15, 2026.

Steps to Raise Objections

To challenge the provisional answer key, candidates must follow a series of steps outlined below:

Step 1: Visit the official website at cetcell.mahacet.org.

Step 2: Log in to the portal using your registered email ID and password.

Step 3: Locate the “Objection Tracking” section on the portal.

Step 4: Navigate to “Grievances/Objection Tracking.”

Step 5: Identify the questions you wish to challenge.

Step 6: Select the answer you believe is correct.

Step 7: Provide supporting evidence for your answer.

Step 8: Pay the requisite fee of ₹1000.

Step 9: Submit your challenge, and ensure to download and save the confirmation receipt for your records.

Exam Details and Further Opportunities

The MAH CET PCB examination is designed for students aiming to gain admission into Pharmacy and Agricultural courses. Candidates who did not participate in the first attempt or seek another opportunity to enhance their scores will be allowed to take a second attempt of the examination conducted by MAH CET.

The PCB exam was conducted in a Computer-Based Test (CBT) format lasting for three hours. Importantly, there is no negative marking for incorrect answers. The questions covered in the test pertained to subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, and Biology and were drawn from the syllabus of Classes 11 and 12. The total marks for the examination were 200.
